Shortcuts: "t:" searches only in tasks, "p:" searches only in projects, "u:" searches only in users. Hash #: By using # with task ID, you will jump to the task directly. Without the # symbol, the result only matches the searched numbers (don't expect ID).
Operators AND OR NOT XOR: For example 'man OR (dog AND cat)'.
Operators '+' and '-': A group of terms with some marked with + and - will match items containing all of the + terms, but none of the - terms. Terms not marked with + or - contribute towards the item rankings. You can also use + and - on phrases and on bracketed expressions. For example 'one +two -three'.
Operator NEAR: 'one NEAR two NEAR three' matches items containing those words within 10 words of each other. You can set the threshold to n by using NEAR/n like so: one NEAR/6 two.
Operator ADJ: ADJ is like NEAR but only matches if the words appear in the same order as in the query. So 'one ADJ two ADJ three' matches items containing those three words in that order and within 10 words of each other. You can set the threshold to n by using ADJ/n like so: 'one ADJ/6 two'.
Phrase searches: A phrase surrounded with double quotes ("") matches items containing that exact phrase. Hyphenated words are also treated as phrases, as are cases such as filenames and email addresses (e.g. /etc/passwd or president@whitehouse.gov).
Searching for proper names: If a query term is entered with a capitalised first letter, then it will be searched for unstemmed.
Wildcards: The query parser supports using a trailing '*' wildcard, which matches any number of trailing characters, so 'wildc*'' would match wildcard, wildcarded, wildcards, wildcat, wildcats, etc.
Searching within a free-text field: You can search within specific fields. For example 'title:support content:shop' might find items with 'support' in the title and 'shop' in the content. You can also specify a prefix on a quoted phrase (e.g. title:"one two") or on a bracketed subexpression (e.g. title:(mice men)). Allowed search fields: title, content, journals, attachments.

Gestione, organizzazione e management delle attività dell'INAF
The project is intended to collect informations, ideas, tests, templates in EasyRedmine. The goal is to improve the platform usability and to increase the internal know-how at INAF
This project aims to support the management and the organization of the activities and promote the information transparency and distribution within the Metis Collaboration.
This project is intended to provide examples of project life-cycle management with the RedMine, by customizing the platform. Project phases A to E are implemented, with a specific focus on phases C (design) and D (Assembly, Integration and Test), which are described more in detail.
A general (preliminary) discussion about scope, needs and customization strategy is in task #5576: additional trackers (Product and Requirement) are added to tasks for this project, and task-specific custom fields are used to collect all the relevant informations.
Please note that the project is not a "ready to use" template, it is rather a showcase of customization and useful modules.

Tramite questo progetto si vogliono raccogliere le segnalazioni di problemi, domande di chiarimenti, e suggerimenti di nuove features in un unico "contenitore", che consenta a tutti gli utenti di condividere la loro esperienza con il Portale.
Per una segnalazione breve e diretta di un problema, utilizzare le Tasks. Per una discussione piu' ampia, per esempio sulla introduzione di nuove features nel sistema, utilizzare i Message boards (in pratica un Forum..)
STARLIGHT E+ project aims at increasing job opportunities for young Europeans (18-30) with an education/training background in tourism and upskilling for already active operators in the tourism sector, identifying innovative sectors, in line with market trends and specifically the promotion of dark skies observation as a competitive asset for sustainable and experiential tourism. STARLIGHT will respond to these challenges, providing a training methodology based on a work-based experience, focusing on topics such as accessible/sustainable tourism,digital marketing, business planning, etc.
In particular, the program activity will be oriented to provide the stackholders with specialized toolkits where the critical themes that are the divers of the program are made available for dissemination: technical forms will be realized and uploaded in the StarLight website; seminars, summer and winter school will be scheduled where the attendees will be driven along a multicultural journey of learning where all the aspects concerning the importance of the dark skies and the criticity of the light pollution will be faced under the lens of experts in astronomy, cultural heritage, biodiversity and enviroment.
TETIS (TEchnologies for Telescopes and Instrument control Software)
TETIS is a Coordination Unit within the INAF that aims to: develop synergies networking the knowledge and skills acquired by the participating groups, and supporting the level of excellence achieved, through the acquisition of tools, hardware and software, to support the activities, as well as training to improve skills in new technologies, strategic in the near future.
La Divisione UTG-I Opt-NIR é dedicata alla gestione, monitoraggio e valutazione dei progetti afferenti all'INAF nel settore dell'Astronomia Ottica e del Vicino Infrarosso. Le azioni svolte nell'ambito della Divisione comprendono l'amministrazione delle attività inerenti al bilancio, la gestione delle risorse e delle collaborazioni interne ed internazionali, nonché la supervisione e il management dei singoli progetti, con il fine ultimo di contribuire alla definizione ed al perseguimento di obiettivi comuni e strategie condivise.
Con questo database si intende fornire uno strumento che possa:
• permettere ai PIs dei singoli progetti di svolgere e seguire le attivitá fondamentali di project management e gestione dei progetti • permettere alla DS di monitorare l’andamento dei progetti ed implementare un’organizzazione di base per il loro efficace coordinamento e management
